Heres a better idea of what I want to do with the cobblestone. it might even be worth giving the pedestal some shape like its a bumpy road or something.

hey man, sorry i didnt post yesterday, i looked at it, but forgot to post. The stone looks great i was gonna suggest exactly what u did. i was gonna say why not make a town square pattern kinda stone. i love the road and fancy stones together really looks like a section from an environment. This whole thing looks fantastic on a pedestal. great work
u might wanna scale up the fancy cobbles, the look a bit small compared to the road. cheers
