so heres some progress. I detailed the back of the wagon with the window and the other side of the window with banners, swords, shields and the like. Im not sure if the swords are a bit too epic for the wagon. Anyway...im getting very close to beginning to wrap up the modeling aspect of things. I just need to beef up the wheels and then I can start adding bg elements and smoothing artifacting.

Looks great man, i love the window. I say later u can add some interior stuff to make the wagon look like its functional inside.
I really like the sword and shield idea on the back. looks like a family crest deal. The only thing that bugs me is the swords seem very conan like, they just dont seem to fit the time/style of the rest of the wagon. Id think there would be a sabre or some sort of dueling sword back there. but thats ur call. cheers
